Sun 15th August - Eco Art exhibition : in Petersfield Square, then moving to Bordon Community Centre and Alton college. There are some pictures here.
Sat 10 September - 'A Home to be proud of'
Another chance to see Pauls fantastically retrofitted house. Please book on-line – see below. The house is just near the Seven Stars Public House on the A272 so not very far and a great opportunity to really see some local action done on a personal level. Well done Paul, the house is a fantastic example to us all.
The house will show you lots of things you could put in your own home that will save energy and money:
- Radiators that heat with very little water
- PV panels that are on the Feed in Tariff and you can see how they measure the energy
- Solar panels and you can see the unit in the loft
- Water saving devices
- Heat recovery
- Low energy lighting
And so very very much more
The flyer has the website address of the online booking facility via the SEA. http://www.sustainable-energyacademy.org.uk/superhomes/petersfield-stroud-willowdale-close
